Job Details:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning standards.
- Teamwork. Willingness to assist other kitchen staff and work as part of a team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
- Restocking.
- When you do the dishwasher roll, keep up the supply.
- Ensure that all dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware are clean and sanitized.
- Assisting in Kitchen Prep.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the supervisor when inventory is low, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of chemicals.
Bussers will receive 1.5% of food sales from bartenders and servers.
