About the Job
A Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the owners in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service, excellent guest experiences, and efficient business performance. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing inventory, and assisting in administrative and financial duties. The Assistant Manager acts as a leader, motivator, and problem solver to ensure the restaurant operates effectively and profitably. Sometimes the Assitant Manager has to take different rolls depending on the restaurant needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience (typically 1–3 years).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of POS TOAST systems and restaurant operations software.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and labor laws.
  • FLEXIBLE — ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The Assistant Manager gets pay bi-weekly.
  • The Assistant Manager will work on salary.
